Here’s my reading list 2020. Better late than never. I can’t believe I’m starting 2021 sick 🤒 . My reading list 2020 should have come earlier but I’ve been under the weather. It took so much willpower to write this post because I just couldn’t take this post to 2021. No way!

So yeah. I didn’t cover half of my reading list 2020. Hopefully, I’d do better next year. Here are the books I covered from my reading list.

Robert Langdon series by Dan Brown. Genre: Mystery-thriller, suspense, crime, fiction.

Angels and demons

Angels and Demons by Dan Brown

The Da vinci code

Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown

So there are four books under this series but I read just two. “Angels and demons” and The “Da Vinci Code” is one of the best mystery-thriller books I’ve read this year. I tried reading “Gone Girl” but it didn’t come close to these books. But then, “Gone Girl” is great. I intend to get the hard copy. I don’t know if that would make any difference but I want to.

The proposal by Jasmine Guillory. Genre: Romance

The Proposal by Jasmine Guillory

Well, this book was rated top 10 romance on Goodreads. So yeah, added it to my reading list 2020 and I expected more from the book. Sadly, it was just there. Nothing out of the ordinary. Plus, the storyline was quite predictable.

The hating game by Sally Thorne. Genre: romance

The Hating Game by Sally Thorne

This was another romance I included in my reading list 2020. Okay so, maybe it’s just me or I don’t find romance interesting like before. When I started reading romance books, I literally binged on them. It was formerly my best genre. I would read harlequin and bloom  for hours. This book wasn’t bad. I guess.

A court of thorns and rose #1 by Sarah J. Maas. Genre: High fantasy, fantasy fiction P. S it’s a series but I’d rather read the first book for now.A court of mist and fury #2 by Sarah J. Maas.

A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J Maas

I lied guys. I read the first book, second and third book. This series is very addictive. If you want to binge on fantasy, start with Sarah J. Maas’s books. She’s just too good. I loved every book I read. From a court of Thorns and Roses to a court of mist and fury to a court of wings and ruin. This is one series I can never get tired of.

Read any of my book Interviews? Book Interview with a Bibliophile

So yeah out of my reading list 2020 of 16 books I read 5. That’s a lot. I mean I began this challenge in September. You just have to give it to me, I tried. Winks.

Also, read Crossfire series. The book is similar to Fifty Shades. Or should I say, so much better than it.

I’ll make my 2021 reading list soon. Because its due already. And hopefully I do better than last year.

Happy New Year🎉.
